The goal of providing services of the Engineer (ZAO “Geningconsult”) is, among others, to provide for construction Contract management and supervision of the works under the Contract in compliance with responsibilities provided to the Engineer in accordance with the Contract concluded on the basis of the standard FIDIC Format, firth addition, 1987, rev. 1992 with additional corrections

Reconstruction of existing and construction of new administrative buildings in Sofiyskaya Embankment (ownership 26-30) and in Bolotnaya street (ownership 18) of the Moscow Central Administrative District ("Faleevsky-Bolotnaya" block).

Audit of the building current conditions. Development of  Feasibility Study. Designing and reconstruction of 16 500 sq. m.

Designing and construction of the OAO NK "Rosneft" Health Center, hotel for 25-30 rooms. Reconstruction of the bathing building with closed swimming pool and the beach line of the central clinical sanatorium named after F. E. Dzerzhinsky.

Rehabilitation of 5 800 sq. m. office center and construction of 6 000 sq. m. of new office areas.

Reconstruction of the private residence in the center of Moscow for the hotel complex of 55 rooms. Complete replacement of overhead covers and engineering systems by preserving the historical facade.

Audit of structures. Development of  design for comfortable hotel rooms and modern premises, general reconstruction works, replacement of the engineering systems, final finishing of the interiors, construction of the attic floor. Improvement of the adjacent territories.

Construction of the central commodity base for oil and gas field equipment and accessories for OAO NK "Rosneft" and its branches including transport support and customs offices. Establishment of computer database for products.

Reconstruction of residential complex in the central prestige area of Buenos Aires in Montevideo street. Complete replacement of floors and engineering systems and preservation of the original façade of the 19^th century . Sales and lease of residential apartments.

The turnkey hotel construction. Reconstruction of the existing building, construction of additional buildings. Finishing of the facades and interiors. The hotel complex includes:

·      living accommodations – 260 rooms;

Reconstruction of office for the Economic Analysis Bureau (EAB), situated in the Higher Economy School building at the address of Maly Gnezdnikovsky Per., 4.
