Project management
Within projects under implementation ZAO “Geningconsult” provides services on managing the following processes:
- Developing, getting approvals of and implementing documented management procedures in the form of project manual, procedures on implementation and management of separate project processes;
- Planning works under the project;
- Organizing interaction and coordination of works;
- Development of design, cost estimate and technical documentation;
- Procurement under the project;
- Administering contracts concluded under the project;
- Technical supervision of contract implementation;
- Financial monitoring and control of disbursement of the project funds;
- Implementation of ecological aspects, worker’s health and safety requirements;
- Document control and reporting;
- Project implementation with amendments to the project to adapt it to the real conditions.
- Upon the Client’s requests ZAO “Geningconsult” provides the following services:
- Consultancy on separate aspects of project management;
- General Consultant on project management in general fulfilling the role of the Managing Agent Company or Project Manager.
